do ret dot do a RR with their remaps?

a lad i spoke to that remapslocally reckons 190bhp is near impossible to get with just a remap but i've seen up to 194 quoted on sigs, if i'm going to get a remap i might aswell get the best, bit of a drive :p

Its possible but generally ive found the higher bhp ones are less torque.

Either way, I doubt you'll see past 330 ft lbs.

With OEM turbocharger 190bhp is a joke. You need about 1.75 bar to 4000 rpm, insane for gt1749MV. Original map the boost is around 1'25bar 4000 rpm. The realistic figure with oem turbo charger is about 155-160 hp after remap.

I think red dot dyno is too optimistical.

A realistic figure for the m-jet is 170-180 bhp, its very easy to make the peak bhp figure look higher by changing a few settings on the dyno - it wont effect the power just artificially pushes up the peak, which is what happens at redot (so i have been told)

Mine was boosting at 22psi, but there are a few red dot ones boosting at 29psi!

And mine would of happily kept up with the 29psi ones all day long.
