surely replicating the novitec air-box exactly would break copyright i would check up on the but just in case i would make a small change to the floot where the are is sucked in maybe make it a 2inch round so you could attach a pipe and have ram air
would they care? its a long discontinued product and doubt they will ever have an engine again that it would be applied to
i wouldn't worry about it either mate. although the ability to attach ram air pipe might be good ideal anyhow
i thought the novitec box had issues with it 1242 engines - iron that out if you're going to clone one

yeah the one i had, had a piece of carbon fibre look vynal over the front edge to stop the bonnet rubbing and damaging it so it would be good to lower that front edge
maybe it could be mass produced in fibre glass because its cheap and light, and then covered with the CF vinyl aswell for the looks side of things?
