you sure you weren't in 5th as at those revs my mk2 jtd would be doing 121mph

I'm pretty sure I was in 6th, was maybe doing a bit more than 105 though. At speed, best not too take eyes off road for a second, so was checking one dial then back to road before checking other dial.
