Hi guys, I'm from Ukraine and in week I'll become new GP 1,4 Dynamic owner. During me/dealer (official Fiat Rep.) Contract detailed investigation I've found out such item - in case of car accident (both direct and non-direct) my car warranty to be canceled. So the question is - do you have something similar \ or? In what cases your car warranty can be canceled? (UK experience).

You're not the only Ukrainian on this forum :).
Also very interested in this question! Thanks in advance for all your replies.

I would have thought (at least in the UK), that if your car is in an accident, then the repair must be done with original, new Fiat parts to maintain the warranty. Any non-Fiat or used part that subsequently fails would not be covered by them - but should have some sort of warranty by the repairer.

Other reasons for not honouring a warranty are if you miss the servicing schedule, do too many miles or make modifications.

You could ask them why, and ask your insurer if they would cover any warranty claims should you have an accident and the Fiat dealer warranty is anulled.
