General ASR off

General ASR off

I played with that button round Curborough. With ASR turned on, it was impossible to have much fun on the track, but impressive at how good it was at stopping you from understeering into another "lane". Turned off with all that torque you get masses of understeer, but great fun, quite costly on the tyres though. One thing I do like about the ASR is that its not too intrusive, lets you get on with the job of driving, its possible to wheel spin the GP, and most cars I have driven would step in with the traction control real early. But I agree the car did seem faster with it turned off, but that could have had something to do with the clouds of burning rubber....

Many thanks for that Alex Gregory.......never even occured to me that turning it off would be make such a HUGE difference.....TA!
