I liked the interior - quite a smart dash I thought.

However, the creases and detailing on the outside were dreary. Difficult to tell from all the other Vauxhalls without a ruler too

Did have a handle on the tailgate though. Do GP owners miss this?

Nope not at all....

I took a look since had to book an appointment for our Corsa's recall and service - glad I went on the opening weekend as I got a voucher for £50 off said service!

Only looked at the 5dr in Design trim (luxury), as that's what we have at present (for the easytronic gearbox as we didn't like the speedgear on the Mk2 Punto). Vx don't do Design easytronics now (like no GP Eleganza Dualogic), but the salesman said to check back when we were thinking of changing (not for a while). It seemed a real step up from the old Corsa, but then it would be hard for them not to. I liked the deep boot, but much prefer the GPs lights up high rather than down low blocking boot entry. Also the seats seemed comfortable, and there was good rear headroom (I have a long body, and don't fit in the back of some cars - eg Golf Plus!).
