you know how the majority have painted rear seat backs,the bit you see in the boot,well was looking round my local motorist shop and found some carpet thats used for covering bass boxes its virtually the same ,so took back seat out and covered it. what a differance it makes,what a job!! well chuffed and looks so much better.
there was some left so did foot rest at side of clutch too.
why did not fiat think of it????????????

From what i've seen people who have split folding rear seats get the backs carpeted and those with the full bench that doesnt split have the metal backs....

The few GP's i've had/been in have been like it....
My sporting and the 1.2 active courtesy car i had, both non spliting back seats had metal backs

The 1.3 90bhp dynamic and 1.2 dynamic i had, both split folding seats and they were carpeted backs....

Thats my guess....
