Just got back from a few days in the West Country and Wales. GP's are now EVERYWHERE! Almost all of them are Active spec, one or two Dynamics, no Eleganzas or Sportings though. Had loads of waves from other owners.

Driving up and down the M4, particularly near Bristol, the roads were full with transporter trucks loaded with GP's, which contrary to my experience were almost exclusively laden with Sportings! And almost all of those were New Orleans Blue.

Anyway, had a cracking drive over the Brecon Beacons, the engine was revving its nuts off and loving every moment. I can't think of a single other car that could have provided that much enjoyment for the same kind of money.

I'm normally bored of my cars by about month three, not so in this case - so far, so good - the best car I've had yet.

Alex (y) (y) I like my car too

here in Czech republic is GP still a little exotic car, baut everytime I meet some GP on the road, we greet with lights or hands, it seems that people having GP are in good mood because of the car :D

I see transporters everyday on the m4, used to p*ss me off when my car was delayed and id see loads of them! They do all seem to be sportings as well, i see a lot of red ones over the last few days.

As for Grande puntos getting a bit more common, it was always gonna happen, was reading today theyve sold 14k in the UK since Feb! Theres another person on my road who has an active in a light pale metallic blue and i always see a black 5 door on the m4 everyday

when i was over in black pool there was none at all it was great every one would turn and point but then i relised this was a bad thing because i didnt dare leave me car incase some little pickey tried to ave away with it :p

lucky they didnt!

also glad to hear you are having nice response of other gp owners, there is a guy who lives round the corner from me with an identical active sport same colour and he just tries to race me and been a prat cutting me off! but my car is faster cause its got a nice 3000 miles of wear onit :D

. What wheels do you get on the Eleganza? The same as Dynamic?.

My Eleganza has got 16 inch wheels with 14 spokes. The extras i,ve got are Cruise control, Automatic rain sensors, Bluetooth telephone, and parking sensors front and back.

Is it red? I saw one not far from Blaenavon last week?

Maybe it was you! I think it was the only one I saw in Wales.

I'm going to go back and drive those amazing roads again sometime soon, if I lived there, it's how I would spend my leisure time.

I enjoyed it in my Sporting also, It wasn't there but it was near weardale on the way to the lake district. And boy does the sporting handle well :), Don't know about your but when I push it the car drifts round bends which is fun yet scary at the same time specially with 90ft drop at each side of the road

Well I just came back from Tuscany, Italy. Gee, there are lots of GP's. Haven't seen a single Sporting though.
