I certainly can't fault my dealer, he has been faultless, it's the sub standard product that's the problem.Steve_R said:3000 miles in, and the drivers door lock mechanism broke, so the door wouldnt stay shut (luckily it happened at home). Called the AA out, and they managed to bodge it shut so I could drive it to the dealer. Lock replaced under warranty, and all back to normal now.
Excellent service from the dealer, which I wasnt expecting after reading all the reports etc......

So I would say there was no problem.
