I saw plenty of cc's with the roof down  My mums 307 included...

Theyre perfect for GB weather, roof up in winter where it doesnt feel like a convertible and down in summer at the flick of a switch!!

My mum's also got a 307 cc and tbh I really like its looks, and my Dad drives it all the time and I hope he's not gay:D

I dont mind the way they look either, especially with the roof down! My Dad also drives it alot and I might a few times in the summer :p

And yeah whats wrong with fat arses  :D

It is big thought isn't it? And the Megane. And the 206.

Seems like a real compromise, I thought cabriolets were supposed to be pretty.

These men who drive such vehicles are, I believe, known as metrosexuals.

They are men of doubtful integrity and moral fibre who are to be mistrusted and avoided at all costs.

They are the sort of men who might wear a sarong whilst on holiday in Thailand without feeling shame, and who wear wraparound shades that Victoria Beckham would be proud of.

They would also spend an amount equal to or greater than say, £20 per week on hair care products alone.

If, whilst out on a perambulation with a lady, they were confronted by a nasty looking man with a gun, they would hide behind said lady.

They are, as I say, to be avoided at all costs.

LOL! Just got back from the south of France where we were upgarded for free to a 206 CC since they didn't have any economy cars ready. 1.6HDi Sport model in blue, which went and handled well (On those roads the only other car I've driven was a Clio 1.5DCi, which was far far inferior).

We liked having the CC as it was nice weather, and being a new car (1200km) it didn't break. Nearly did once though, forgetting to put the windows down before lowering the roof! I wouldn't ever get one though, because the seat wouldn't go low enough and the back support was either a bit too upright (which meant I hit my head on the top of the windscreen), or too far back (which meant I had outstretched arms - a bit uncomfortable, and with the roof down, nearly sunburn inside my elbows). Also the boot is so small when the roof's down, and you have to put up with a 206 interior. If I was to get a convirtable (which is what it is really), I'd be better off with a Saab 9-3 or Audi A4.

The best bit was allowing a GP to overtake (took ages though) on the autoroute - the first 5dr I'd seen. And we saw one in the pearl red, which my wife said looked good!
