Hi there
Only just joined so hopefully I post this correctly.

I recently noticed a small leak on the floor under front of the car but couldn't figure out from where. The leak didn't seem like oil but when I dabbed it with a tissue it seems a pink colour. I have checked my brake fluid and that seems fine but now I have a warning light appear on my dashboard.
After a bit of online searching I managed to find a match which says it's the brake pod monitoring light.
I'm taking it to the garage as I'm far from an expert with cars so any help or advice in advance on the problem and cost would be very welcome please. I suppose I should also ask if its OK to drive as well as brakes seem fine.
Thanks

Brake fluid is not pink so I suspect you have 2 issues:
1. as above check your front brake pads for wear quite urgently, you really, really don't want to run out of pad material - that's truly dangerous
2. did your pink fluid seem oily? do you have a manual or automatic gearbox? I'm thinking more likely that's coolant, are you losing any?

connect to o diagnostic machine and tell us the code of fault
