Hello fellow Fiat owners!

I just bought a 2007 Punto 1.4 8v, the car for the money looks good in and out and it was taken care of as far as i found out i just noticed engine is making this strange noise around the timing belt pulley.

The strange thing to me is that noise is heard when the a/c is off and it sounds like something is grinding inside the timing belt pulley housing and then stops when a/c is turned on because of the rpm change i presume. Car has 175k KM and the main belt was supposedly changed at around 150k KM.

Come on. Don't be THAT lazy. Do some research before posting new thread.

I did but didn't even look for AC compressor since the noise is heard only with AC off.

Its compressor, they changed it for a new one but its rattling even worse now ��

Taking it back to service next week...
