Today suddenly my Dualogic start having problems to engage Reverse and First gear from Neutral ( With R sounds like grinding noice) but on drive working fine on both ( A and M mode) . Any suggestions?

How many miles has it driven?
Has the clutch ever been changed?

when was it last serviced..?

Have the fluids been checked ?

Is 2006 Grande Dynamic 97 000 miles . Clutch probably from new . Was working fine at first drive today but at end of journey R start playing. Now can’t engage first from neutral instead going straight to second but fro R ( which is grinding when engage) going on first no problem. No problem when driving. I did hear some slipping belt noise few times. Gear box oil is ok . Have no idea how to check Dualogic oil
