Can someone please point me in the right direction with a guide or some tips for the thermostat replacement. I cant for the life of me get it out, all ive accomplished today is undoing the two bolts and cutting my hands all over trying to get my hands in there to remove the hoses. I can't see how it could possibly fit out the gap, so I must be doing something wrong. Thanks for any help!

Battery tray removed?

Hi JB,

here is what Fiat's eLearn says about thermostat removal; you'd have to remove the battery and its tray to allow/ease access to the stuff ...

BRs, Bernie

If someone here helped You fix -or better, understand- your issue, hit the thanks icon @ bottom right corner, it's free and makes us feel helpy ;-)

Finally got it out and replaced. Removing the hose 2b completly gave me enough room. I never thought i had big hands before working on this fiat haha. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the updat JB, job well done !

I believe they (eLearn) haven't thought about dualogic cars ... Nice you confirm it's still possible on those without dismantling further ...

Cheers, Bernie
