Another info - so finaly I know all "sounds" from the engine. Guilty was cylinder number 2. There was (and partialy probably still is) clogged/baked oil ring on the piston, or small oil output holes in piston, or both. Before (except of ticking) I also noticed "squeaking" from engine on idle, but I didnt know what it caused - if camshaft or crankshaft or what. Now squeaking is almost gone, but I have to listen idle again from cold start to operational temp. That's why also kerosene+WD-40 mixture didn't drain down completely, against other three cylinders. So I'll listen engine if there is still some "squeaking". If yes, I'll remove spark plug and again add to cylinder some penetration/cleaning fluid(s). Now all noises makes sense to me.
I think somebody thought before that ticking is caused by any valve, that'a why they changed exhaust (and maybe also intake) valve. But ticking was caused by that baked oil o-ring = small piston slap
