One of the nozzles on right side headlight washer has come of, so the fluid just floods out whenevere they are used. Don't know if all cars have this feature, but it's the kind of washers ones that pop-out.

I've searched eBay and the web in general for this part, but can't find any. Anyone know part number or similar, or where I can buy a replacement?

Generally in the rest of Europe we don’t get head light washers on fiats, unless they are newer models with HID headlights.

With a bit of research on eper you could see if there are shared part numbers with cars like the fiat 500 or 500x as you may be able to use parts from one of these. Failing that you may need a trip to the fiat dealer to by a new washer nozzle assembly

Thanks!
Didn't know about the eper-site, but I think I found the part, and it's 51759171. Not easy to find some trustworthy place that sells it though. Found one place and they want 182€ for the tiny little plastic thing!

Yep, that's where I found the part number.

Edit: I however start to double that is the part, since it says "cover" in the description. If it looks like the picture it's the one, but it's not a cover.

I think it’s highly likely that fiat pinched the washes off something else, it maybe worth looking on eBay at Vauxhall/opal headlight washers, I would not be surprised if they used parts bin parts, the grande was a joint project with GM and the headlight washers where not a common component outside Scandinavia so not worth huge amounts of R&D.

I have the earlier Punto in Finland. The headlight washers have their own motor on a separate fuse in the engine fuse box and all the front washers work from the same switch.

I never use these washers since it makes such a mess of the front of the car and it is only very rarely it is necessary half way thru a journey to clean the lights. And annoyingly when you are driving during the day you are dumping large amounts of spray all over the car just to clean the windscreen if you forget to turn the lights off to wash the screen. Headlights being mandatory at all times.

Where the washers become useful is when water is frozen to the lights. If you start getting aggressive getting the ice off you can really begin scratching the lenses but if you are aware of that they are not really necessary for the driving I am doing in Finland.

I got the FIAT shop here to find the part and it's close to 180€ so I'm just going to plug the hole.

Thanks for your help all!

180€ is just insane!

I suppose you have the same problem we have here in Finland where cars are dismantled fully and the best parts are warehoused and the rest thrown away.

There are a few yards in Helsinki though, and the big dismantlers are all on the same network and would probably save the parts you need the next time they come to throwing away the rest of the bumper

Yes, there's a few scrapyards where it's still "self service" as in the old days but not close to me. I've found it at a dismantler for 500SEK + shipping but even that isn't worth it so I'll just push a bit of Tec7 into the hole.
