I have a fiat punto, with the original blaupunkt radio, I put in an aux cable and it worked all fine, I had to change the battery and now I cannot even get to the AUX menu on the radio, before if I pressed CD 2 times it would come up but now it only shows CD. The radio work and so does the CD, just wondering if I've missed anything?

I'd disconnect the AUX cable and disconnect / reconnect the battery, then start the radio/CD (listen a bit of both sources), shut it down and reconnect the AUX cable.
If that doesn't help, maybe a proxy alignement will ...
