Technical rear engine mounting

Is it possible to replace the rear lower engine mounting on a Grande Punto 1.4 2008 without dropping the exhaust. Its only 2 bolts but I believe one is quite long. The problem is I have just had a new exhaust fitted and I didn't want to disturb it.

See which side the nut is fitted

If you can't remove the bolts/mount without disturbing the exhaust piping, you'lll have to do it ! Squeeze seals are usually one way, but you might be lucky when refitting same flanges together, a bit of high temp silicone will never hurt...
