Hello Everyone,

Can anyone help or have a guide on how to connect a grande punto 2008 steering wheel controls to a chinese android radio?

I got the attached radio with the bagoo fiat-bg-01 can bus.
Also attached is a text document including a link to the Radio model and specifications.

I tried to contact the supplier for support but unfortunately he couldn't provide any valuable information.

I would appreciate any support in fixing this

Hi Youvic,

ths set looks pretty much the same as the one I installed recently in my 2009 Scirocco, so I guess I can help you, should you face issue(s) during install.

Basically the CAN bus from the car which controls the radio from the wheel (besides a lot of other things) have to be connected to the CAN box delivered in the kit. This box will interface the CAN bus with the proprietary connections of the new radio. You can't really do it wrong, even though not all wires might be connected at the end. The connectors are coloured and matches one plug each only: black to black, grey to grey, ISO to original (Fiat) connector and all RCA type either on the radio or from the car.
If you plan to connect the rear camera, there are some tricks to know, we can cover that later if it's in your plans.

BRs, Bernie
