Hi,
I believe my oil seals are just started to go on my VL36 (there is small amount of oil in compressor housing and intake pipe) but has a small puff now and then when i hit boost, hard to tell while driving, plus my spark plugs have small amount of oil residue on the bottom of the threads. No smoke on overnight start up or long periods of idle.

Anyway was looking at replacing my CHRA as the turbo has hit 90k miles and have seen a few made by Melett, i personally have not used there parts or know of anyone personally who has, so just looking for opinions or anyones experience on these?

That oil is likely from the oil vapor separator.
If you've not replaced that yet, do it and see if you still have that puff of smoke. it's cheap ~50 euro.

I've use a "Turborail" ebay CHRA ~150 euro... it's on the car for 30k km, it's doing fine.

Oil segregator has been replaced with new and genuine about 6 months ago
