Hi Guys,

I was driving normally yesterday put my foot down a little bit only about 60% throttle, Suddenly the car went into limp mode and wouldn’t go about 45-50? When in any gears above 3rd the car feels like it’s going to stall. There is a big hissing noise coming from the bottom of the engine and when I put my foot down a big cloud of black smoke comes out the exhaust. There is no boost what so ever. Anyone have any idea? Is this the turbo blown or a boost pipe blown off?

Could the turbo pipes be leak? Or the turbo itself? - years ago I had same with my punto. The waterpomp broke Down. I was on highway and I stepped on gas and I saw the meter of speed dropping down. I had to pull over no gas anymore. Then was waterpump. My cruise control didn't work, at the dealer they say it is protection because something G in the pipes of turbo or turbo itself is leak

Most probably the pressure pipe has blown or got disconnected somehow. What engine is that ??

I second this. Open the hood and check for loose air piping/hoses.
