Good afternoon all. I am in some need of assistance. We bought my wife a 2009 fiat Punto grande yesterday.

Today we purchased a Sony radio from Halfords and been advised on all adapters needed.

I have plugged in the new radio with the iso connectors and had no power.
After a process of elimination the 10amp fuse has blown within the new radio.

So then resulting in placing the stock radio back in we have all the lights on the dashboard and fuel guage not working. Also airbag fault came up.

Can anyone shine some light on
How to fix current lights on dashboard.
But also how to correctly fit an after market radio. Surely there is an alternative way in regards to power.

Thank you in advance.

Hi (who?) and welcome on board !

- was the original radio working ok ?
- does the car have wheel (radio)control ?
- "we have all the light on the dashboard and fuel gauge not working" do you mean NO light works or you have all the lights ON ?
- what was the "process of elimination" ?
- what adapter(s) did you get with the new Sony ?

Answer those and maybe we'll be able to help...

BRs, Bernie
