So I’m looking at putting down a bit more power through my tjet and hoping someone can shed some light. I’m currently running 180bhp on a stage 2 and wanting to put bigger injectors and fuel rail on and was wondering if the Astra VXR ones will go on, I know the corsa ones do but unaware of Astra ones. All will be programmed in correctly and fitted professionally.
Many thanks

You only need injectors for over 200...and you also need a turbo

About the injector compatibility: post the part code.
You don't need to change the rail.. only the injectors.

I'm trying to find if the 120,150,180 and so on share similarly strong bottom ends and how these engine cope with having twice the power in the long run?

Turbo from 150 VL36/38 will fit 120 engine which is fitted with VL37 from factory. Injectors are the same on both, only models with larger injectors are those engines fitted with Garret 1446 turbo such as Abarth essesse.

Cheers

mhm, i thought they got different injectors too
turbo from 150 fits to 120?

Thanks for the link Flisko, very interesting, have others ??

EDIT:

Oooops, Auricks deserved the thanks !! Anyway, general thanks to all of you Guys who contribute to this very good forum !
I can tell very good since I am also currently on various VW forums (own a CC and a Scirocco III) but none of them arrives the knees of the Fiat Forum, even in Germany ...

There are but only really with a remap to allow the ECU to make use of it. 150 turbo will make more boost and hold it longer with a tune. Without a map, all you get are more "turbo noises" and peak boost coming in 500rpm later. It does however run fine without a remap.

Cheers
