Changed clutch and slave was ok for a few days but now really hard to get in gear and the bite points practically on the floor

Bite point on the floor ?

- air in the circuit: need to bleed it
- worn thrust bearing or clutch spring: need to replace

Try first to bleed, it's the simplest ...
