As the title states,
I think i have an ambient temperature problem,
Please correct me if you think otherwise,

I have a GP 1.3L Multijet dual logic 6 speed,

So almost home after 30mis or so of driving,
It's a nice sunny day, around 24 degrees celsius just outside the capital of Australia,
The lcd in the dash cluster warned me of "possible ice on road" then all of a sudden, the temp display showed -4, then slowly reached 0 and stayed there for another 10mins till i turned the car off,

Would this just be a faulty sensor?

Thanks

Possibly sensor.. but could be a dodgy/corroded connection as well.

The sensor itself can be tested with a multimeter... should vary almost linearly with temperature.

Thanks for the info,
I'll check it out shortly,
Also would this cause the yellow triangle to show up briefly?
Or cause performance issues?
Thanks
