Hi there,

I just bought a used 2009 Grande Punto last week - my first car - and the right indicator light has stopped working. Even after changing the bulb,it still doesn't work. I have been assured by the owner that there is no electrical fault as it has just passed MOT.

He thinks it could be an issue with the bulb holder or the connection is dirty. Does anyone know if it is possible to get a new bulb holder or do you have to get a new headlamp?

Also, is it easy to clean the connection?

Sorry, I'm not an expert in these kind of things! Would really appreciate any help.

Thank you.

Unscrew indicator bulb holder and unscrew bulb, check connection bottom of bulb, and centre pole in holder,clean/scratch with screw driver and bend pole up slightly. Refit and check. If not ok swap with left front holder, and find out if it's bulb/holder/wire to holder.

Thank you for your advice. Will try.
