Is it true that I can which pack is failing by unplugging each one of it runs it is the one if it stalls its ok.

Not exactly:

Say you have one failed pack, your engine runs on 3 legs and shaking quite a bit (not running "round").

- unplugg one pack: if engine shakes more (or even stalls), that pack is good, reconnect it and proceed with the next.
- the bad one will be the one which will make no difference in the engine revs and shaking when you disconnected it !!
