Hey guys

Got a a bit of an usual one here. So if anyone has a Tjet would love your feedback especially.

But I have just booked my car in for a timing belt / water pump replacement.

The guy on the phone asked if it 16v, which I said yes, as I always understood my car to be a grande punto 1.4 16v tjet sporting. But now having looked in the manual / on shop4parts (as considering buying oem) , it's seems that they are too separate categories

1) 1.4 16v version
2) 1.4 Tjet (see pics)

So have I just told him wrong car info (although he did ask for my reg) and have I been saying my cars title wrong all these years?

A picture of the engine bay will clear stuff up... the timing bet job is the same on both...and the t-jet is a 16v but the 16v isn't necessary a t-jet.

Yep! T-jet.

It's exactly the same timing kit on both engines anyway

The Tjet is a 1.4 16v with a Turbo, so no difference in belts, etc.
