I owned the 1300 75hp (55kw) for about a year and a half. I did mostly motorways and large a roads. And I averaged about 67 or 68 mpg. When I did city or town driving about 45/50 mpg
 
I think it's just how gentle and economical you drive. Think it's about the driver more than the car when talking about such small details
