For some reason my car has lost its hands free setting with the blue and me after working fine for ages, basicallt I know what iam doing however when I run through the system it gives me a pairing code my phone comes up tempory and then times out every time , has anyone got any ideas please ?

Any recent update on your phone ?
Have you tryed another phone ?
Have you tryed on another car ?

Yes tried another phone and both iphones work fine in other cars so it a setting somewhere within blue and me that isnt working you would assume, however starnge it just stopped out of the blue

As often it's the carbon interface between device that causes the problem ;-)

Can you please try to remove your phone from the list (if possible with blue&me) ? Then try re-installing it; that worked for me on a Toyota GTR and Samsung Galaxy S5 :-D

sorry im not sure what you mean by remove from list, im sure i have deleted from device (phone) saying forget this device and removed from car.

Then they both find each other and I insert the code and then for a brief moment my name comes up on the car ie johns iphone and then for whatever reason it goes and then times out on the phone ?

Hey here almost the same problem.. My iPhoneXS gets connected and then it gets disconnected during the call. And when it is connected again the same thing happens,.
I have a Fiat Grande. Punto 2012.
I tried all the things without any remedy.
Any solutions..?
