I am fresh and happy owner of Fiat Grande Punto 1.4 8v, when I bought it door handle didn't work from inside (drivers side) but it works from outside so I read a bit here how to repair it and when I opened door card today I have noticed that plastic 'nipple' that holds door latch cae to the door handle is broken, I was wondering if there is anyway to get a new one. I have spend hours on finding any solution, my MOT is coming up soon and I was told that without working doors it won't pass.

Sadly, Fiat do not seem to list this as a separate item, presumably expecting us to buy a complete latch and cable.

But you might need to email them with the cable end size and ask if it will fit. I see the first page I gave also has the VW ones, at the bottom of the page.
