Well I just thought I'd post a last message to thank everyone on here for their support over the last couple of years. This 56-plate 1.2 was my daughter's first car, in which she learned to drive. We've had some good laughs in that car (and the odd row)! We bought it with 100,000 miles on it and now it is just coming up to 120k. Unfortunately, last week someone ran into the back of her and the repair estimate was £2300 (yeah, he was going quite quick!) so the car is to be written-off. Pity, I'd just done the rear suspension bushes and put a full exhaust system on it from the cat back when she was home at Easter... In fact, if anyone stumbles across it in a scrapyard, it's got quite a few new bits on it now!

Ah well, these things happen...

So, thanks again, it's a great forum and I've learned plenty! (y)

6 gun salut to avocet. You have helped me a couple times and appreciate it! Don't go too far as your knowledge is to valuable so still keep one eye on use lol. Feel like Chelsea losing Kante lol

Cheers mate! Aye, I'll pop in now and again. I've not lost all interest in Italian cars. I still have my old Alfa (which is definitely a keeper)!
