Hey Guys
Tail lights not working...where are fuses?

Posting this as cannot seem to find an answer.

But on my grande punto tjet 2009. Both my tail light are out, so not the indicators and not the bottom brake lights / tail lights. Just the two middle bulbs, now b4 i buy new bulbs i want to check its not just a fuse since both are not working.

can anyone say which fuse it is? Also i know this is super dumb, but with my tail lights (the middle ones) are they meant to come on when i press brake or do they come on at certain time in the day, say night time lol

(i no, i no, but super noob here)

thanks guys need some help

Hi Emmerson,

the middle bulbs are internally wired in // with the small filament of the bottom one, whose large filament is for brake light. Those are powered together with the front ones when you turn the lights on... no magic here, unless your car is equipped with an automatic light switch ??

Regards, Bernie

Hey berne I don't think it has automatic switch light just turn my head lights in via right indicator and then brakes lights.c9me on as.i press.brake. So is since it doesn't run off a fuse them both being blown is most like just the bulbs have blown.

As just want to say big thanks to you mate.. you answered loads.of my questions and took the time. Appreciate the time to answer them all your a pal [emoji1]
