Hi just got an 07 grande in... the headlights are always on when ignition is on.. goes off when key is out...

Am I right in thinking it's a light switch stalk problem...?

FOR anyone with same issue...

It was a broken wire in light stalk..


You will need to remove AIRBAG.. safety precautions required..
Remove steering wheel.
Remove 5 torx screws on casing .
You will now probably see the broken wire..

Solder wires together. You may need to further seperate the stalk to find the break

Refit in reverse of removal.
Take care to sit stalks in appropriate recess locating holes
