Hi not sure if posting in right part sorry if not.

I'm looking for some help the heat direction knob on my grande is very stiff and hard to turn. I have been searching and have found a few people say that the cogs need to be realigned. I can't find any guides on this or how I go about doing the job. Any help would be really helpful thanks
