I have abs eps hillholder unavailable what could be the cause ...the power steering don't go dead heavy like a tank tho can any one help

It also happens when the battery is disconnected or was to discharged.
Fix for this cause:
-start engine
-turn wheel all the way to the right,
-turn wheel all the way to the left,
-turn back to center,
-turn wheel all the way to the right,
-turn wheel all the way to the left,
-turn back to center.

IF its ABS ESP and Hill holder

(assuming you miss typed EPS (electronic power steering) ESP (electronic stability program)

I would start by getting it plugged in to a fiat diagnostic machine or a laptop running Multi ECU Scan......

It could be a whole host of things

ranging from

A flat or soft tyre (check tyre pressures)

A worn out ABS wheel sensor

A damaged ABS Ring on the hub

Damage to Abs sensor wiring

(fairly common for the passenger side front to allow water in the cable causing high resistance this needs a new length of cable grafting into the loom from the ABS Modulator to the ABS sensor... Given its safety critical i would get a auto electrician to do it if your not sure what your doing...

A faulty ESP Gyroscope

pointless replacing parts at random till you know the exact cause.... (yes you might need to pay or buy the diagnostic kit But Your looking at £35 Per wheel sensor (one per wheel so thats x4 = £140 if you replace the lot chasing the fault )
