HI Guys, I've came into ownership of the VL36 + manifold, which I will be fitting to my Panda 100HP :slayer:

Has anyone got a technical spec. sheet they could point me to for this turbo? I know very little about it (other than it physically fits!).

Main thing's I'd like to know/find are:

Oil feed I.D and thread size
Recommended oil flow rate / pressure
Compressor map
actuator settings (what's the stock pressure cut off?)
Can this turbo run without water lines?

Hope some of you can help me out!

Cheers

I'm going to try and help with some of the questions:
-actuator settings (what's the stock pressure cut off?)
Stock boost pressure is 0.7-0.9bar on the 120hp t-jet, and around 1-1.2 psi on the 150hp engine. (if that is what you wanted)

-Can this turbo run without water lines?
DO NOT run it without water! it will be prety cheap to get the t-jet thermostat and lines going to and from the turbo to the overfill tank.
Surely worth the money, the colder turbo will help with air temps => more power (closer to stock).
-thermostat 55208964, 53 euro;
-#1 pipe from thermostat to turbo 55208964, 90 euro;
-gaskets for pipe#1 71769774, 3 euro ( they are some aluminum crushable washers);
-Union bolt for pipe #1 71769775, 15 euro,
- #2 pipe from turbo to wherever.. 55215387, 72 euro
-gaskets for pipe#2 71773592, 3 euro ( they are some aluminum crushable washers);
-Union bolt for pipe #2 71773592, 23 euro,

Damn expensive, get them at the car breakers, find a car with the t-jet and get all you need.
