Good day Gents i have a Grande Punto 1.9jtd. 2007

Need advice I've replaced the complete clutch kit with the flywheel and release bearing. But theirs still a sound of a bearing noise when in Neutral. Once the clutch is in the sound is gone.

Please help!!!

On most cars the bearing should not be touching the pressure plate when the clutch is not pressed. Because if it touches it, the bearing will spin.. eventually it will heat up loose the grease and fail prematurely.

I will guess you have the hydraulic clutch, with the slave cylinder pushing on a fork, that acts on the bearing.

I would suggest to remove the slave cylinder..
and make sure there is enough play in the fork so that the bearing does not engage.

Improper bleeding will cause similar problem i.e. release bearing touching the pressure plate.
