Hallo all.

I have a very strange problem, for a whole summer now, but still not yet found the solution :) Car is 1.9 JTD grande punto sport.

EVERY morning with normal outside temperature, when I go for a job, car starts just normally, but I have a problem to start it after job EVERY day. Car is parked on the sun for 8 hours, temperature outside is around 30 deg Celsius.

I tried to give a power conntact for 3 times, so fuel pump starts for 3 times to make enough pressure and then tried to start, but no joy. Car only starts after 8 seconds, when key is to ACC position. Starting on mornings or weather with lower temperatures is normal.

Also when I refueled a car at petrol station, I saw that unscrewing of the fuel tank cap is hard and there is some vacuum in the fuel tank, is this normal? Shouldn't cap have an aeration hole?

MES shows no errors.

Has anyone experienced same problems and found a solution?
It is misterious, because starting is failing only in hot weather.

Thanks for any suggestions, hope mine english is understandable enough :D

Edit: also I have problems with fan speed of automatic climate control in hot weather. Automation is working, when it is hot speed increases on display but sometimes fan is just not working. After few minutes of driving fan starts, but not with full speed - and then after few minutes driving more fan starts to rotate with full speed (Indicated speed lines on the display are always same, around 75% of speed) Maybe this has something to do with failed starting as well? Some temperature sensor?
