I was wondering if you could help,

First of all I'm sorry if I've posted this in the wrong section but I have no idea how to use this site yet.

Any way I have a 07 punto grande 1.9 130 which I have owned for about 6 months. For the first 2-3 months she driven like a dream but after that apart from the drop links giving up on life and my top mounts committing suicide she has started to get a bit jerky.. I have figured out that it will do it In all conditions whether the car is cold or warm, in low gears and in high gears. She will drive like a dream if I floor it but unfortunately I can't afford the speeding fines and the points don't really get me prizes. When I drive mid revs with my pedal half way down she will jerk, almost like a misfire. Can be quite annoying. I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do. Is it a problem that will get worse.will it sort it self out because it's getting to a point that I'm going to be following my drop links and giving up on life..
