Technical P0011 Camshaft

Does anyone know anything about the P0011 error code to do with the VVT / Camshaft I am getting a hesitation when accelerating at around 2000 - 2500 RPM 1.4 Sporting

MES says P0011: "Selenoid valve faulty or mechanically blocked. Also, check for fault in the oil pressure circuit".

What about your engine oil? Is it the right oil and how many km?
