I've had a suspected egr issue with my 1.3 multijet 75 since buying it. Now I'm coming to still it I need to fix it.


After taking off the solenoid I believe it is a faulty solenoid. I have tested it by running 12v across the terminals in both directions to no response. I was expecting the plunger to move but there is no sound or movement at all. Is this a correct diagnosis?


secondly if this is a correct diagnosis does anyone know where I can buy the solenoid only? I can only find a full egr assembly for sale.
