I am in trouble with my 2006 Grande Punto 1,3 JTD
I am looking for a pair of clips that lock the heating water hoses as they connect to a plastic hub when going through the firewall...
Scrapyards not interested in selling those cheap bits
Fiat dealer trying to sell half of the heating system to get those clips
I am unable to fing those on ePER... any idea?

I need the retaining clips for these quick connectors!

No way you can find these clips or the connectors as they come together with the hoses (as an original fiat part anyway)

In case you can't find them anywhere... maybe you can ask them to sell you just the connectors.

Can you photograph the join? Possibly something could be bought from a plumbing shop and modified.

Is there any way that cable ties could be used to hold it together? a cable tie can loosely go around each pipe if there is a flange on the end of the pipe and then more ties be fitted to in order the flanges can be pulled together on each side and once fitted tighten up the first ties going around the pipe - then tighten the others. Probably before pulling them together the joint will have to be smeared with silicone.

I checked on flange clamps and it is not easy to find them in smaller sizes but possibly a standard NW25 vacuum clamp will hold that together, it will reach around a fitting about 1" in diameter and then has additional clearance for the raised part the plastic clip pulls together. The next size up NW40 fits a pipe 1.62" in diameter. These things are not so cheap about about 6-9 dollars each
