just bought a 1.2 punto grande2006 . the engine light came on so ran a diagnostic and it came up with p0115 so i searched about the forms and web and found out it could be the map the coolant or the air sensor . before i go out and buy and fit what would be the recommended one to get . i am going to clean the map tomorrow and re run the diagnostic to see what the air temp is but just wondering if i should change the air or the coolant . thanks

also all of my bulbs are fine and working but when i turn them on the bulb warning light comes on haha , any help there to ?

Can you read coolant temp and manifold air temp values ?

Yes i will do that today as i know if the air one is hight . I should change that right?

P0115 = Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit Malfunction. It doesn't necessarily mean you need a new sensor. Check the wiring and connectors between the coolant temperature sensor and the engine management ECU.
.

Intake air temperature (IAT)46 °C
Engine coolant temperature (ECT)14 °C

As for your Check bulbs warning.
Check the rear lights.

IIRC there should be 2 sets of tail lights on the each side (4 in total).
Sometimes this is overlooked, especially if say both top ones are out.
Also check the rear lights with the brake applied, check the indicators with the brakes applied, similarly with the reversing lamp.
Silly things like, the reverse light or brake light may illuminate ever so slightly when indicating, or braking etc.
So check multiple functions when it's dark.
The connections are renowned for corroding causing erratic behavior.

Number plate lights are also covered by the warning, so don't overlook these.

^ yes check that also

Looks like the coolant temp sensor is bad. If you have a multimeter you can check the resistance cold and hot (without removing the sensor or the thermostat)

Got a new sensor . The starting in cold problem is goin but the p0115 code is still showing. Even after having the battery disconected

Check again temp values (air/coolant)

Cold and after a ride
