Technical Can Blue&me Module be replaced?

Hi, my blue and me has completly broken from what i can see. i've got no menus or anything regarding blue and me, ive run a proxi allignment and still no luck so im going down the route of replacing the module under the glovebox. if i buy a new module from a breakers yard will it need to be programmed? or is it a straight swap

Hi done this myself, it's a straight swap but try and get the same part number as your current one. Then you will need to proxi align again when fitted.
