Hi new to this so please bare with me,im having problems with my heating,it only blows luke warm even when temp gauge is up to norm.its never over heated,no oil in water and vice versa no problems starting,so just wondering if it needs bleeding and where are the nipples to do this?:)

You don't have to bleed from that radiator bleed screw. This is only for coolant change procedure.

Remove passenger side foot trim and touch heater pipes. Make sure both hoses are hot. (warning: they should be very hot)

Could be just an air flap issue, a stuck open thermostat or clogged heater.

how are you bleeding it then? I've always done it from here

You just don't have to bleed it again. The system is made that way, air bubbles eventually will pass from the expansion tank through return pipe.
