Possible to replace outside temp sensor?

I have 06 Grande Punto, where the outside temp sensor seems to be off. This morning it showed 11c, when it was only 5c. I've noticed similar differences the last few weeks. I'm guessing a calibration isn't possible, and a replacement is needed.

But is it possible to purchase the sensor itself, without having to replace the entire mirror? And where can I buy the spare part?
