Hi guys,

First time posting on the site, so I hope I'm doing things right.

I have a '58 Grande Punto and the headlights have been stuck on for the last few months.

Everyone I've spoken to says it's a common fault, and replacing the indicator/light stalk will sort it.

I've just taken delivery of the whole unit, was only expecting the arm

Is this something I can fit myself, or is it best to get a pro to fit it?

Are you sure it's the stalk?
Is the headlight led on in the dashboard?

You have to remove airbag and wheel to replace the stalk.

Having done this job myself i can say that it really only takes about an hour. however, you'll need to remove the airbag, which can be a little tricky.
Remove the battery, and leave it disconnected for 30 minutes prior to starting work.

Hi I have the same issue. Side lights on all the time while driving, no main headlights at all but I can get a full beam while lifting the stalk. How do I get the wheel off, does anyone have any pics of what I'm dealing with step by step?
