Hi fellow GP owners, I have a '56 1.2 Petrol Grande Punto.

I am attempting to locate and plug a leak in my rear washer fluid line. At the moment there is a poor excuse for a dribble coming out onto the rear window when I activate it.

Steps I've already taken:

- Disassemble top brake light and clean out including the nipple (no blockage found), check all brake light internal fluid pipe work and no-return valves for blockages. None found.

- Remove passenger wheel arch, examine pump (which still works well in both directions, as I expected because I could hear it). Upon pressing to wash the rear window, fluid drains out of the reservoir at good pressure as normal so the leak is somewhere else towards back of car. No kinks or external pressure on pipe coming from the pump as far as I can see it before it disappears into a cable bundle to be fed to the back of the car.

- Emptied an entire reservoir through the rear window fluid pipe. I found that fluid eventually pretty much all makes its way out through the recess behind the LHS rear wheel arch. I probably should have done this first TBH!

- Pulled the fluid tube out of its rubber bung/connector on the inside top left of the boot to examine for the leak. Nothing found and the pipe is in good order here.

So the leak is somewhere I do not know how to get to. Is there anything else worth doing? Removing inner boot shelf perhaps? I'm stuck and beaten down by this. Haha.

Any responses would be gratefully received.

Many thanks.
