HI

I have just bought a T-jet GP 2008 model in a lovely shade of red and cant resist a few mods

My friend has an abarth evo. He has had his back box replaced and offered his standard one to me for 'whatever I think its worth'!
Does this fit ok as its from the evo version? As I understand the Gp Abarth tailpipe sits a bit low unless you have the splitter is the evo any different?
How much do the backboxes sell for second hand?

I will get some pictures of my new car up soon and a couple with my black punto gt turbo alongside.

Depends on what you are getting really if its just the backbox and tips then I got one about 3 months ago for £20.00, on the other hand about 18 months ago I bought the whole set but paid nearer the £200.00 mark. It really depends on the condition of what you are buying, how many miles has it does etc, can you link us?

not much different to the abarth GP's its the same engine... just a different map.


the Evo Abarths however have a different engine. no reason I can think why it wouldn't fit. but on T-jets the exhausts are known for the 'raspi-ness'

I didn't think the Evo had a different engine! You learn something new every day,
Not so keen on a raspi exhaust note so will ask the guy if I can try it on first.

Evos dont have a different engine technically....

They will have the same 1.4 block and multiair head (hydraulic valves), the abarth ones have the same turbo as the 180 Bhp AGP as standard.
